PROBLEMS
In my line of work, I meet many people and all of the complain about a common thing. " we have Problems". This is a repeated statement we all come across. It made me think why do we have so many problems and no solutions. A few thoughts that I want to share 1 - A situation, event or a person becomes a problem, when we feel we cant control the same. We are always in constant need for things to be on our control or simply would like life to go out way. That's when a Problem arrives in our life. So begin to let go of control 2 - Surrender. When we pray or meditate we feel peace for a few seconds because in that moment we have completely surrendered control and we become one with the universal energy. 3 - We are very commited to the problem so much so that we fail to look for solutions. Even though the solution is right there. 4 - Stop asking Why as it will just keep you rooted to the problem instead ask what can i do about it now that's gonna take you foward to new choices.
