ANGER


Anger is like a molten lava. If kept inside us causes damage to our health and if thrown outside affects our relationships, work etc. So what do we do? Stop getting angry nah not possible. Like any other emotion anger is also important in our lives. It makes us aware of what is unacceptable to us as a person but we usually extend this feeling of unacceptable to the world around us thas when it creates problems for us. We expect people to behave in a particular fashion as per our will or else we get angry that's where we create hassles. Anger can be expressed in the following ways 1- Be assertive - put foward your thought to people in a polite manner 2- Let go off expectations from people to behave how u want as then u r trying to control 3- Sense the anger for 10 seconds only and then make a choice to think or do something else. 4- Don't hold on to your anger let it go.
